Today, to find out what people write about you, you open one site at a time. With Online reputation, reviews will land in a single list, newest first, with the score and the site they came from. And you’ll see how your score changes month after month.
Choose the properties you compare yourself with, in your area or your category. See who’s rising, who’s slipping and where you’re stronger or weaker: cleanliness, breakfast, staff, value for money.
Recurring themes tell you what guests love and where there’s work to do. When a negative review comes in, you’ll know straight away, and the AI assistant will help you draft a reply to check and publish.
